At Marston Green, staff have been using their imagination and creating exciting environments for the children. With engaging environments like these, staff can sit back and observe children use their imagination to play independently and alongside others. Children learn best when they are focussed and motivated. When a child becomes engaged, they learn through a natural process. This also creates a positive atmosphere, which encourages feelings of positive well being. It is at this point where staff will look for opportunities to teach and challenge children to expand on their learning. Staff will observe, assess and teach in the moment and create 'next steps' for your little ones. These next steps are used at nursery everyday and shared with parents at home.Take a look through our photos to see the recent changes in our Toddler room. I know we're excited to play in there already!
