At Little Scallywags, we pride ourselves with homelink opportunities throughout all of our settings. For Valentines Day this year, Pre School staff wanted to do something slightly different and arranged a nursery/family valentines breakfast at the local cafe- Picnic Basket in Marston Green. All of our Pre School staff and children, along with a special family member met at nursery to walk up to the local cafe where breakfast had been ordered for them :)We spent the morning getting to know each other and enjoyed sharing stories about home and nursery life!Since Valentines day is all about spending the day with the people closest to us, helping the local community as well as getting the opportunity to meet up with our families seems like a great way to spend the day!Keep at lookout via Tapestry, social media and nursery newsletters to be reminded of the next home-link event in your setting.
